Common questions
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Not without looking at it. Anyone who quotes a transmission over the phone would need X-ray vision. Bring it in for a quick visit and test drive and we'll estimate the repair. We don't charge anything unless we have to connect equipment, and often that isn't necessary.
Does a transmission problem mean I need a new one?
No. Many problems are as simple as a bad sensor. If you do need a complete transmission, we'll overhaul it with close attention to the newest updates available.
Do you accept extended warranties?
We honor many extended warranties. Call 509-924-3159 to check your policy.
